I am a member of a Consumer Advice firm in Los Angeles.
Three months ago, we initiated an investigation of the top fifteen pet
shipping firms in the United States. Our choice of firms were taken from
the various web sites and a professional organization.
We considered such areas as: Time spent on phone, e-mail, answering our
questions—accuracy of response, etc.
We are happy to inform you that your firm scored a 97%; with the next firm
scoring 84%, and on and on.
We are sending a complete report to all firms.

About a year ago I used you to ship by hamster and rabbit from Washington, DC to Vienna, Austria You did a masterful job in helping me, and the total charge was under $600 including Austrian Airlines, who had recommended you in the first place. What a surprise you turned out to be after I had received a quote of $3900 from pet relocation in Austin, TX. Now I know what you mean be avoiding the 3rd party pet shippers. This past May you helped me ship two dogs from Fairfax, VA to Australia. You directed me to Carol Moore at WorldWidePetShipping in Los Angeles. What a God send. I had spoken to several other shippers on the West coast, and it looked like I was heading for a disaster until I found you, and your great recommendations. Carol was fabulous. She knew the most about the requirements for Australia, and was by far the most reasonable price wise, as were you. Thanks again

Hello Jerry from Naha, Okinawa
A few months ago you shipped my large Dobe from Norfolk, VA to Okinawa. I had spoken with several other pet shippers in San Francisco, Texas, Florida and New York. I must say you are the ONLY one who had a true handle on the best routing, etc. The others seemed to not have ever shipped a pet to Okinawa!! It is obvious with your military background that you knew exactly what to do. I had spoken with two pet shippers in Tucson who offered 'discounts' but their prices were so high, and neither had a clue as to this way of routing. Needless to say, I am highly recommending you to ALL military.
